Watch UABâs Trent Dilfer go berserk during Tulane game
Trent Dilfer absolutely lost it on his coaching staff Saturday during UAB’s 35-28 loss at Tulane.
The Blazers, trailing the Green Wave in New Orleans, got hit with an illegal substitution penalty in the fourth quarter, and the UAB coach went berserk. UAB had 12 men in the huddle, which gave Tulane a fresh set of downs.
Dilfer went after a number of assistants as his team was trailing 28-20 at that point with just about 12 minutes left in the game.
The game marks the first for UAB as a member of the AAC against its former C-USA rival.
